Peri Lane Queen Bee
Peri Lane is the principal owner of Apis Productions, based in Annapolis, Maryland. Peri has over 20 years of experience in marketing and technology, with an emphasis on the financial services industry. She has a B.S. in Computer and Information Science and a minor in Communications from the University of Maryland. Peri’s career spans working for financial planning firms to insurance general agencies and ultimately an internet technology start-up before launching Apis.
In her spare time, Peri takes every opportunity to be outdoors. She is a beekeeper and sells her bottled Liquid Love honey to the local community.
Kelly Whalen Hive Manager
Kelly Whalen is the Project Manager of Apis Productions, based in Annapolis, Maryland. Kelly has over 20 years of experience in management. She has a B.S. in Business Management and a minor in Environmental Management from the University of Maryland. Kelly’s career in management has taken her from the Retail Industry in California to the Financial Industry in Louisiana before ultimately landing at Apis Productions here in Maryland.
In her spare time, Kelly likes to plan fun trips around Pearl Jam’s tour schedule in hopes of realizing her dream of seeing them play live in every state.
Jenni Miller Hive Caretaker
Jenni Miller is a talented front-end developer skilled in web design and interactive media. She has developed and sharpened her skillset over the years as a web editor at organizations such as the Department of Homeland Security, the NATO School in Oberammergau Germany, the National Military Family Association, and the Community Bible Church in San Antonio, TX.. She has a Master of Forensic Science from National University in La Jolla, California and is a veteran of the U.S. Army who served in Operation Enduring Freedom Afghanistan.
In her spare time, Jenni is an avid photographer and enjoys capturing the world around her through the camera lens.
